What is an escape room?

An escape room is a popular modern game in which a group of participants (usually 2-6 people) are “locked” in a room. The participants must work together and race against the clock (60 minutes) to solve puzzles, leading the group one step closer to breaking out.

Am I really “locked” in a room?

Yes… and no. The doors are locked for the 60 minute time frame or until the puzzles in the room are solved. There is an “emergency” escape button that will open the doors prior to this if needed.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend ages 12 and up for the most fun for all parties involved, especially if your group is small and may end up sharing an escape room with another small group. If you have an entire room booked for just your group, there is less concern for how age could affect the experience of other participants.

Can we bring food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are allowed.

How long is each game?

You will be in the game room for a maximum of 60 minutes, but we suggest allowing up to 90 minutes for the entire visit. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your game time. Be aware, if you are late to your confirmed booking, your game play may be shortened.

Will I be playing with other participants?

There is a possibility you will have to play with strangers – but that can make working together to escape all the more fun! Each game holds up to 6 participants, so if your party does not fill the room, others can book one of the empty spots.

If I can't make it, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, because the rooms are booked with your reservation, the tickets are non-refundable.

Are the games handicap friendly?

Please call us so we can go over available options to ensure your needs are met.

Can I book an entire room?

Yes, you can pay for all the spots, even if your party is smaller to ensure that your group has the room to themselves. However, the more people that you have, the more likely you are to succeed!

How do I book a room and do I have to reserve it in advance?

Yes, bookings are required in advanced. You can easily book and pay for a room online.

Can I book my group all at once?

Yes, just enter the number of your party online when prompted. If purchasing your tickets separately, be sure to select the same date and time as the others in your group and be sure to order around the same time so another participant doesn’t take up your slot!

Do you do corporate events?

Yes! Nothing says workplace bonding like getting locked in a room with your co-workers. We also welcome other types of large parties!
